You never know what is going on inside a person. Do not assume anything, because their life looks picture perfect.
Be kind. Be an ally. Ask “How are you?”.
P.S. This is 20 year old me. I look very happy and no one knew how I really felt. What happened to my mom took a toll on me. I am more resilient today. I am grateful I am alive.
